The Technical Audit Security analyst role will support technical groups by collaborating and evaluating daily operational activities to ensure they meet compliance, security, and audit objectives. As a part of global infrastructure group, this position will review, track and coordinate security and audit activities with solid emphasis on technology and compliance background.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide support in the assessment, design, and implementation of technical control requirements.
  • Identify and recommend changes to improve efficiency as well as the effectiveness of key technical controls and processes.
  • Work with control owners and system administrators to ensure quality, consistency, and operability of new and existing controls.
  • Support the review of IT systems and tools to ensure the inclusion of appropriate controls and processes.
  • Collaborate and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Review the test findings, facilitate the remediation of IT control gaps, and escalate potential issues to management, where necessary.
  • Validate and update IT documentation as needed to ensure processes, policies and controls are accurate.
  • Identify key metrics and establish a process to provide periodic reports to management.
  • Keep abreast of emerging issues and external regulatory requirements that have information technology & security implications
  • Assess and compare cloud native PaaS with cloud-enabled traditional infrastructure
  • Experience in technical auditing and compliance process
  • Experience with monitoring and analytical tools (Splunk, ScienceLogic, Qualys, etc.)
  • Experience working with various SDLC groups (Development, QA, Configuration Management) on project work as well as solving real time production system issues

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent technology discipline and/ or equivalent related development experience in lieu of degree
  • 1+ years of infrastructure experience (firewalls, load balancer, AD, DNS, etc)
  • 1+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure)
  • Strong understanding across cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, data, and applications) to deliver end to end cloud infrastructure architectures and designs
  • Familiarity with cloud based disaster recovery and HA system development
  • Familiarity with networking equipment (load balancing/firewalls)
  • AWS or Microsoft certification is a plus
  • Experience with Windows and Linux-based operating system configuration, automation and management
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills and the ability to work across teams to create optimal business solutions
  • Experience in a global 24x7 environment strongly preferred
