The Oracle SaaS Compliance team is responsible for securing privacy and compliance for the enterprise-grade software services on behalf of Oracle's 25,000 customers. Responsible for managing the portfolio of enterprise grade certifications processing over 60 billion transactions per day. Develop and execute multi-year strategies designed to maintain and expand the certification posture of Oracle's SaaS services. Partner closely with peers, developers, and customers to ensure our SaaS products continue to comply with ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, PCIDSS, HIPAA, FedRAMP, IRAP, GDPR and similar.

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst, to join our SaaS Compliance Strategy and Operations to support our team's portfolio of audit and tooling programs.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:
  • Managing critical audit ticket status
  • Managing key date information in our compliance tooling systems
  • Managing and gather data from various sources to support stakeholders
  • Assisting Program Managers as needed when programs escalate
  • Determine resource teams needed for project and work with functional managers to assign
  • Elicitation and gathering of business requirements
  • Managing business requirements
  • Facilitating meetings and other responsibilities as needed

Mandatory Qualifications:
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related major
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and customer focus
  • Experience with cross-functional team communication
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite of products

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with compliance and compliance frameworks a plus


Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
