This is an ideal position for the CPA who has a proven background in both Project and Corporate Accounting.
The Job:
- Supervise and mentor two accounting staff
- Take ownership over entire Project and Corporate Accounting functions
- Develop stronger internal policies and procedures to reduce month-end time
- Cash management and draw management work
- Monthly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Coordinate annual audit process
- Coordinate tax work and statutory filings
- Other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate:
- CPA designation
- 7-10 years of related experiences
- Commercial Real Estate experiences an asset
Compensation :
- Salary range of $110,000 - $125,000
