We are looking for high-performing and experienced individuals to join us as a Business Analyst.
You should be able to start work immediately or with short notice, enjoys the opportunity to work on diversified project portfolios and see yourself as a key player in managing client and project deliverables.
As a Business Analyst working on a project-basis, you will be researching and analyzing the activities of a project for possible gaps in business requirements and contribute to the solution design, providing expert advice, guidance and leadership to the project manager, team and other stakeholders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Undertake customer requirements and reviewing the organizational structure and elements that impact business performance.
- Identify gaps that need to be removed and map out a plan of action, providing ideas that can help change the current state with an improvement plan.
- Lead stakeholder consultations, requirements workshops, business analysis and business process descriptions / modelling.
- Demonstrate technical capability across scope definition, process mapping, data mapping, testing implementation and user training.
- Support the governance and tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure the delivery of benefits.
- Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will structure project delivery and execute their plans
DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS
- At least 7-10 years previous experience in a similar role within the Supply Chain and Procurement specializations with recent experience working within the engineering, manufacturing, healthcare or consumer products industries.
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst with capability to manage projects of varying duration and complexity.
- Possess a commercial mindset and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.
- Be able to multi-task, work well under pressure and is highly adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
