Zycus is looking for Senior ICT Business Analyst / Implementation Manager Location - Melbourne, Australia | Experience Level - 4 years minimum working experience in related field.
Responsibilities:
Participating in all requirement workshops for Zycus Source 2 Pay application deployment and end to end implementation.
Driving workshops for requirement elicitation and business process mapping with all customers ensuring the completion of end to end business process design with best practices and configuration suitability as per Zycus Implementation Standards.
Help create a detailed project plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.
Manage each project with specific focus on deliverables, tasks and due dates.
Make vital decisions and drive decision-making across projects for all customer requirements and business processes.
Drive integration discussions with customer's ERP stakeholders for any system integration requirements and finalize the technical design document, high-level and low-level design documents.
Be hands on to all the Zycus products and be able to configure the tool to expedite the implementation.
Prepare flow charts and business workflow diagrams reflecting business problem statement and to-be business process.
Establish and deliver process redesign and performance improvement initiatives for the customers.
Conduct presentations and deliver proposals to customers for opportunities identified for business growth.
Prepare the Implementation Approach Document (IAD) as per Zycus standards for all implementations which comprises of detailed business processes, sub processes, configuration specifications for all modules in scope with detailed user stories and use cases documented and signed off from customers.
Prepare the data migration strategy and data migration plan to ensure the data elements from various ERP's / peripheral systems are correctly classified and updated in Zycus products.
Prepare User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy and test plan by finalizing all user stories and use cases with customers and executing all test scripts as per Zycus standards.
Assist the customers during UAT, Prepare test summary report for UAT completion & sign-off
Prepare end user training documentation as per the solution designed, provide end user training for successful go live and post go live adoption.
Support customers in change management strategy documentation.
Support the customer post go live during hyper care period.
Conduct best practice workshops and value re-engineering workshops for existing customers as per Zycus new product features.
Provide inputs on risks to the project internally as well as externally
Conduct regular business review meetings and steering group meetings with all Implementation and Operations customers as per the Zycus customer cadence process.
Ensure all project management activities and governance audit gates are consistently updated and tracked as per Zycus audit process
Liaise with internal product management team for upcoming new product enhancements and work with customers for gap analysis, product fitment and ensure enhancements are delivered as per customer's expectations.
SKILLS: Good knowledge on Zycus Solution Suite for procurement
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer science field.
