The Opportunity at AIA
As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with various business stakeholders, technology teams and other internal and external parties. You will also be a proactive promoter of best practices.

About the Opportunity with AIA

You will be working within the BA Practice team, assigned to one of our Project streams (Legacy Insurance Product review) and be responsible for the analysis activities.

The role includes:
  • Running workshops with various business stakeholders incl. UW & Claims
  • Obtaining in depth knowledge of the Products, the Product Rules and any uncovering any Potential Issues
  • Deep dive analysis work and understanding and documenting what's working and what's not
  • Performing Data analysis (incl. Comparative Age/Benefit analysis or Declined Claims analysis)
  • Conducting Gap Analysis and Generating Reports
  • Recommending any potential actions to help solve any issues or mitigate risks


To be successful in this position:
  • You will have very good and wide Insurance product (Retail and Direct Life, CCI and Endowment and Whole of Life) and process knowledge
  • Have strong experience with gap analysis
  • Have Agile project experience
  • Have experience with Confluence, Jira and Visio
