A local government organisation based in Sydney CBD looking for a digital Business Analyst to work across the digital services program.
Your new role
As an experienced Business analyst you will be working across the digital services program working across several projects at any one time, facilitating requirements, gathering and documenting, process mapping, testing planning as well as co-ordinating.
You will be the key point of contact between Business stakeholders, vendors and the project team and will be meeting Business stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues and conduct workshops to ensure the project runs smoothly.

What you'll need to succeed
- At least 10 years' experience working as a Digital Business Analyst
- Understanding of Web Development technologies and processes
- Understand the Digital Forms development and the work involved in workflow mapping
- Experience working on either of the following types of projects: website transformation projects, CMS project - in particular, SiteCore, CRM project - in particular, MS Dynamics CRM, Digital Forms Enterprise Platform, Digital Business Process Improvement projects
- Highly desirable if you understand Chatbot technologies and how organisations use this effectively
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite/Visio and SharePoint
