Chief Financial Officer

Finatal is working with a highly profitable and fast-growing PE-backed digital technology/consultancy business that is looking to hire a PE savvy CFO as it seeks to professionalise finance and scale-up for organic and acquisitive growth.

Business partnering the CEO and working as a Main Board director, you will be responsible for setting and executing the direction of the business through a combination of organic growth and a targeted acquisition/M&A strategy.

You will lead an already capable and well organised finance function and be astute in delivering insightful commercial information and metrics (data analytics) in a business where human capital (people) are the most important asset.

You must be a qualified accountant, have been a CFO of a PE-backed business, and have led an exit process (trade sale, secondary PE buyout or other successful company divestment) which has been a positive outcome for the company, stakeholders, and investors.
