The Opportunity
A consumer products packaging business is planning rapid international expansion due to the success of its UK operation, backed by a mid-market private equity investor with an excellent track record, is looking for an interim CFO to drive their buy-and-build activity.
The Role
You will forge a strong partnership with the CEO to grow the company through a very active acquisition strategy: leading the process from origination to integration and resulting synergies.
The business has a quality finance team that will oversee day-to-day operations, so this role requires a Private Equity CFO with extensive experience in M&A.
