Description
Key responsibilities for this Accounts Assistant role include:
- Daily Cash banking
- Ensuring accurate allocation to the Sales Ledger
- Assisting with month end reconciliations
- Distribution of petty cash and monthly posting and reconciliation
- Invoice processing
- Statement reconciliation
Profile
To be considered for this permanent role you must posses the following:
- Experience in a similar role
- May be studying for an accountancy qualification
- Highly numerate with strong Excel skills
- Excellent telephone manner and comfortable dealing with multiple tasks at one time
