Client Details
Our client has grown their revenue from £8m to £30m in the last 4 years, and has ambitious but realistic plans to achieve their £100m target. The company have been through a period of exciting change, and need to recruit a Head of Finance to support the Finance Director.
Description
Managing a team of 4, the Head of Finance will take responsibility for financial reporting - overseeing the production of management reports and KPIs ensuring variances are investigated and resolved. You will provide detailed analysis on cost centre reports, produce monthly forecasts, annual budgets and latest estimates, ensure management reports are compliant with group accounting policies and oversee the internal funding audit function. It is expected that the Head of Finance continually review processes to improve financial systems and procedures, positively influencing processes throughout the business to ensure financial control and review.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with strong excel modelling skills, and previous experience of staff management.
Job Offer
A salary of up to £65,000 depending on experience, in addition to a management benefits package.
