Key Responsibilities
To prepare annual financial statements in respect of retirement funds which are accurate and complete in line with the relevant retirement legislative requirements as well as manage the overall audit process.
Provide specialist expertise and advice to internal/external customers, that builds strong relationships and create a favourable impression aligned to Treating the Customer Fairly (TCF) principles.
Analyse operational records, trends and costs related to estimated and realised revenues to project future revenues and expenses.
Contribute to and assist in the effective execution of internal and external audits, financial statement generation and regulatory submissions.
Ensure accurate reconciliation of financial transaction records to supporting documentation to enable verification of the validity of transactions.
Ensure the effective compilation of financial statements in line with the audit file and approved accounting framework.
Identify, diagnose and recommend improvements and provide specialist advice and support; ensuring that solutions are appropriate and effective.
