Proven experience in Web/Ecommerce project developments (Requirements engineering, analysis and design, documentation, maintenance and change request processes, KPI and Analytics, AB Testing).
Experience in following domains: Online customer Experience, payments processing, shipments and logistic, customer service operations, contents and information architecture management.
