Client Details
Leading Retail organisation based in Nottingham
Description
You will work closely with the Business Development team to prepare costings and applications for projects and other initiatives , while assisting in the preparation of financial submissions, and reporting for projects already secured.
- Provide advice and support to prepare project submissions, ensuring the details of each application are fully understood by the business development team
- Ensure effective management control through regular monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis of financial information with relevant budget holders
- Liaise across the organisation and with Finance teams and build good working relationships, ensuring that all accounting deadlines are met
- Work with the finance systems team to maximise the effective use of the various financial reporting and information tools available to the organisation.
- Produce final expenditure reports, claims, invoices and audit documentation as required
- Maintain data integrity within the finance systems and chart of accounts. Ensure all budget and actual information is reported accurately
Profile
Qualified or QBE accountant with strong analytical ability and business partnering skills
Job Offer
£35000 possibly going permanent for the right candidate
