Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements with analysis for Management review.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Possessed strong understanding of local taxation regulations with ability to advise.
- Prepare and review tax returns in an accurate and timely basis.
- Work with operation owners to drive budget, cost improvements and controlling.
- Forecast cash flow positions, available funds for investment and ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Liaise with external parties including but not limited to customers, vendor, auditors, tax agents, banker, lawyer and other professional advisors or government authorities & etc.
- Degree in accounting or qualified professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA).
- Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA will be considered a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in budgetary/forecast process & continuous cost improvements projects.
