Finance Manager
1 Year Contract (Maternity Leave Cover)
Salary approx. €65,000 DOE
Dublin 2 (some remote work flexibility)
My client, a leader in the real estate and property management industry, is seeking a Finance Manager to join their team for a one year maternity leave cover. Reporting into the Board of Directors, you will oversee financial operations for the company, prepare monthly management accounts and manage the annual audit process. If you are a Qualified Accountant with at least 5 years of relevant experience, then we would like to hear from you.
The Role
Prepare monthly and quarterly management accounts and journals
Oversee the annual audit process and act as the main point of contact for external auditors
Manage the AP and payroll function for the organisation
Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts
Manage the day to day running of the company's finances, including reviewing daily cash balances and approving bank payments etc.
The Requirements
Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA or CPA) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Demonstrated knowledge of financial reporting tools and processes
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills
Confidentiality in all matters is key for this role
Salary and Compensation
Salary approximately €65,000 DOE
1 year contract (maternity leave cover)
Remote work flexibility in line with the company's policies; laptop and phone provided
21 days annual leave
