As a WINS BA, you will:
- Work with internal and external stakeholders and act as the principal touch point between them and the development and design team
- Research and investigate user needs and processes, ideate and recommend improvements
- Prepare mock-ups to communicate, test and refine concepts with stakeholders through an iterative process
- Document, validate and clarify the system requirements supporting the defined business processes in user stories form
- Improve usability, accessibility and interaction with the product to enhance user satisfaction.
- Lead and support product show case and provide feedback to the development team
- Support testing of build system, validate automated acceptance tests, manage formal User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including tracking of defect rates
B. Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any field or relevant experience e.g. Software engineering, IT and/Business Analysis
- Preferably with background in User Experience or Interaction Design
- Have experience working with Agile development process
- Good analytical, writing, communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a team player and able to work in a fast paced and open environment
- Have an eye for details and patterns
- Able to multi-task, take initiative and work independently with multiple stakeholders
