Responsible for financial management of AKA parts operations, Asia Central Distribution Center (CDC), and Asia inventory. Key business partner of Global Services Supply Chain (GSSC) for ASEAN, Korea and ANZ (AKA) regions.
Job Description

Essential Responsibilities :
• Responsible for ASEAN/Korea/ANZ (AKA) parts operations and Asia CDC cost planning and analysis, identify operations risks and opportunities, resolve unusual cases, find out root cause and follow-up actions
• Drive the business lean and productivity by collaboration with AKA operation teams, e.g. work room projects, VCP projects, etc.
• Lead financial mechanism in AKA countries, e.g. ledger closing, SII (1-year Plan), finance review, etc.
• Finance management of GEHC Global Parts Company, including FX, balance sheet, and transactions to Global/Asia countries, etc.
• Track and forecast Asia gross/net parts inventory to support business fulfillment; manage and optimize inventory level for cash flow opportunities together with GSSC Asia HQ teams.
• Leverage regional or global best practices to implement continuous improvement at country level
• Support GSSC Asia HQ ad hoc assignments based on business needs.
• Develop and improve financial processes, including finance reporting, management reporting, budgeting and estimating processes, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements :
• Bachelor's degree or above with minimum of six years of financial work experience
• Clear thinking/problem solving: successfully led projects/process improvements within operations/finance functions; able to quickly grasp new ideas
• Strong verbal communication skills: experience working across multiple levels, functions and regions; able to clearly articulate and synthesize complex information into simple messages; experience with story-telling on paper an added bonus
• Self-starter with a sense of urgency coupled with effective project management abilities; able to balance multiple priorities and demonstrate strong commitment to deadlines and results
• Fluency in English
• Integrity: accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions and when dealing with others

• Trained and/or certified in process improvement methodology such as Lean
