We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Content Writers
Responsibilities
  • To go through hundreds of documents (on various domains functions listed below) and create introduction summary of 50-80 words. The summary will include high level snippets of what each document contains. Create tags and segregate these under different heads.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers
  • Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
  • Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
  • Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications
  • Any graduate degree or equivalent with a good academic record
  • Content writing experience. Excellent in content writing, comprehension and English language skills. Summarize information into crisp newsletters/articles
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct content
  • Comprehend complex content and present it in a clear manner, easy for the end used to comprehend
  • Experience with rapid authoring tools like Captivate and Storyline
  • Communicate effectively in oral and written form with internal and client teams
  • Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
  • Problem solving skills with customer centric approach Demonstrated proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
  • Must be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
  • Strong attention to detail.
