About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 12 month fixed term, Full Time

Note: this role has multiple vacancies and the job level may vary dependent on the relevant experience and capabilities of the successful candidates.

You will be part of the Credit Process Transformation (CPT) program - Specifically the CPT Limits Squad, delivering a new limit service as part of the Online Customer profile and new data interfaces, both API Real-Time interfaces and batch interfaces. CPT collaborating with Benchmark transition Project and the Onboarding projects are delivering Institutional Bank's new digital backbone for lending - connecting the value chain e2e driving a great banker and customer experience.

As a Business Analyst, you will be required to work in a team elaborating and defining business requirements and process transformation, using Agile methods to design and deliver the business solutions.

You will interact with stakeholders and SMEs to gather requirements and understand current state problems and solution options.

You will be required to work in a dynamic and changing environment and adapt quickly to challenges arising from the agile development approach.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
  • Extensive business analysis experience and/or related technical experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Institutional business (particularly Lending knowledge preferred). Knowledge of ANZ Credit Risk Systems and data preferred.
  • General knowledge of Information Technology and Systems.
  • Experience in Data Management and/or building Data Interfaces
  • Can appreciate difficult problems and work autonomously on tasks with complexity, works collaboratively as part of a team and clearly represent consolidated findings.
  • Experience with both agile SCRUM and waterfall delivery methodologies
  • Experience in tech/Digital/Cloud based projects highly desired. Experience working in agile delivery team desired. Growth mindset
