The Position:
Reporting into a high-performing manager, this role will allow you to take ownership of all accounting tasks pertaining to fixed assets for an incredibly large and complex property portfolio. This includes budgeting, general ledger reporting, maintaining the register of approved capital expenditures, preparing the capital expenditure budgets and cashflow forecasts and updating the asset register.
Your Profile:
To be considered for this role, it is imperative that you have experience in a fixed assets accounting role with strong exposure to property. This will be a busy role working in a complex organisation that will challenge you. As you will be liaising with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, your well-developed communication skills will be critical. You should be proactive and take initiative in your work. Ideally, you will be CPA/CA or part-qualified.
