Your new role

- Managing a large team
- Engagement with and empowerment of current payroll team
- Execution of system upgrade
- Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal & external stakeholders
- Assisting with implementation projects
- Participate and contribute to cross functional company projects
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally meet the following requirements:
- Prior experience leading implementation projects
- Proven experience leading a medium to large team
- Past experience delivering a large payroll function 5000+ employees
