Temporary ongoing contractor required to assist my client implement Tech One ERP into their organisation.
Your new company
My client is a Public Sector organisation providing services to the Geelong and Greater Surf Coast region over many years. They are a progressive organisation and as such are seeking to implement Tech One ERP platform across their organisation to ensure business information is captured and reporting tools are maximised.
Your new role
On a day-to-day basis, manage the TechnologyOne system to effectively meet the business area's performance targets as they relate to the administrative and operational aspects of business systems and to staff development
Provide guidance and advice to the financial operations & Reporting, and Budgeting teams to design, prepare, implement and maintain relevant and reliable reports to extract information from Tech One.
Maintain all administrative and operational aspects of Tech One applications, including the set up and management of Finance One/Enterprise Budgeting users, and managing configurations or customisations within the system, including interfaces with other internal and external systems
Provide high-level technical support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Institute's financial systems, including liaison with the Institute's IT business area.
What you'll need to succeed
Demonstrated experience and breadth of knowledge of supporting and troubleshooting ERP systems (especially in TechnologyOne Financials, Enterprise Budgeting, Business Intelligence and ETL applications) using SQL relational databases.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Intermediate knowledge of XLOne and Crystal Reports.
Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate activities; prioritise, monitor and evaluate business/system workflows; and continually assess and improve effectiveness of financial processes.
