Our retained client is a leading media group.
Reporting to the Group CFO, key responsibilities include:

Location: London
Salary: up to £180,000 + bonus + benefits (No LTIP)
Reporting to the Group CFO, key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the Board and Senior Executive members, supporting all commercial and operational decisions, in key business areas
- As part of the Finance leadership team, working with the CFO to help deliver the financial strategy of the business
- Developing short and long term financial plans, setting and assessing KPIs, and helping the business to achieve its objectives
- Leading a finance team of 15-20 staff
- Maintaining the highest level of financial management and controls to support the business - including budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
- Participating in key projects, potentially including M&A, supplier negotiations, strategic reviews and business development plans
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant with a proven track record of career progression in a large, dynamic organisation
- Proven experience as a commercial finance director
- Business partnering relationships at board level
- Media or advertising experience an advantage, but not a pre-requisite
- A track record of driving change, improvement and challenge
