A unique position is available for an experienced Business Analyst who is can commit to a rolling 3 month contract taking you to 2021. The successful candidate with have experience in Technology, Finance and Logistics, someone who understands an internal service delivery team, but also can work with site managers in providing insight and analysis for 3rd Party Billing and Transport performance.
You will support to track, drive, administer and report on the asset disposal process. To provide insight and make recommendations, based on data from internal and external customers. This will drive Service Delivery and Installation improvements for our customer base.
Provide reports on Transport performance and 3rd part vendor billing accuracy
Drive performance in all elements of the Service Delivery function
Complete analysis of service issues, and identify the root cause and provide solutions, working alongside the service delivery manager.
Complete KPI's and reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, annual basis
Identify, develop and implement new reports and KPI design
This niche role will call on a unique candidate who will have experience and knowledge of;
Advanced Knowledge of EXCEL and other data analysis tools
Capable of using Microsoft Office for reports and presentations
Working knowledge of business operating systems/platforms.
Understand IT processes and procedures
Understand finance processes and procedures
As an individual you will be able to;
Speak and present to your peers, senior stakeholders and external customers
Someone who looks into the detail and confident in asking challenging questions
Able to analyse the detail
Knowledge of building SQL databases would be desirable
Confident in making key business decisions, influence those around you and take control of reports and deadlines
An amazing opportunity and keen to confirm immediate interview availability. Although working remotely at this time, we are looking for candidates who live local to the Peterborough area, you will need to meet regional managers off site within COVID safe environments, so the ability to travel with access to your own transport is essential.
