Corporate Finance Manager

Corporate Finance Manager DHRP are partnering a global organisation who is looking to appoint a manager to join their Corporate Finance team with an emphasis on Infrastructure and Projects Finance. The team advises on all aspects of the analysis, procurement, financing and delivery of major infrastructure and services contracts for governments and major corporates. Responsibilities Undertaking detailed financial and commercial analysis of infrastructure projects; Preparation of business cases Client-facing interaction with senior decision-makers; Advising on the development of commercial principles, procurement strategies, tender documentation, tender evaluation and providing contract negotiation support Advising on financing options Preparing concise, accurate and focused written analysis, recommendations and presentations Business development activities including preparation of pitches, proposals and building relationships with clients Supervising and developing junior staff. Requirements A tertiary qualification in accounting/finance, economics or law Experience within a large advisory practice, investment bank, or corporate environment as a financial analyst or similar Superior financial modelling and analytical skills and a focus on high quality, accurate outputs; The ability to juggle competing demands to strict deadlines Outstanding written and oral communication skills and the ability to prepare and present detailed, high quality reports and analysis Experience in a finance focussed role within government, a private sector bidder or another advisory firm working on one or more of: PPP, project finance, outsourcing, franchising or similar service contracts Understanding of business cases/experience in producing business cases Experience of working with contractual documentation for service contracts and/or government infrastructure contracts Drive, enthusiasm and commitment An appetite to learn new skills in a challenging and supportive environment
