- Financial and administration policies.

- GRC/Internal Audit/Risk Management
- Compliance/BOD
- Insurance
- Treasury
- Accounts Payables
- Accounts Receivable/Credit Controls
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- At least 8 years' experience in similar roles
- Experience gained in FMCG company
- Fluency in English and German is mandatory
- Availability for a medium-long term assignment in the Ferrero Innsbruck Office (at least 5 years)
- Business Acumen and understanding of FMCG industry, capability in understanding and managing risk and high complexity problem solving.
- Strong analytics, big data management, agile decision maker based on internal and external data. Creating correlation between information and financial impacts.
- Good hiring skills and people management. Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
