MB Fitzgerald are working with a fully independent financial advice firm to recruit a Trainee Financial Adviser/Financial Adviser. Our client is very well established and have an outstanding reputation, they have multiple offices across the UK and Financial Advisers across the country.
One of the firms Directors/Senior Advisers is nearing retirement age, as a result the client is looking to recruit a new member of staff to work closely with the retiring Director with a view to taking over their profitable client bank in the next few years. Initially the role will be focused on servicing leads and excess clients that will be passed across from the Director, you will be responsible for developing business from these leads and providing a high level of service to the existing clients. Overtime you will be introduced to the Directors clients with a view to taking them on when they retire.
The client is looking for a confident individual who can network and build long term relationships, you will need to be Diploma qualified and will ideally have experience within a client facing position. The ideal candidate will be a Trainee Financial Adviser or Junior Financial Adviser who has provided some advice already or has attended client meetings, the client will also consider a Paraplanner that is looking for the next step in their career.
