Finance Systems Accountant An opportunity has arisen at a leading insurance group in the city for an Systems Accountant to administer and provide expertise of their existing finance systems (SUN) as well as the development of new systems.

You will have a key involvement with:Sun systems administration overseeing the finance systems usage and data maintenanceProviding support to users from basic system support to development of high-level reportsOversee and manage chart of accounts and business structuresWork with project team on the transition to new systems and finance processesUndertake user consultation and requirements gathering through to UATYou will haveA mix of finance and IT gained within Insurance.You must have a good level of SUN and Q&A (or other similar general ledger experience) and of course be an advanced confident user of excel.You will ideally have had experience of expense management systems and have worked on a variety of finance/IT systems projects.Due to the high level of interaction with the business you must also be a confident communicator.Could suit and experience insurance accountant looking to move more into systems rather than pursue a purely finance route.This is an interesting role working for an organisation who are growing both organically and by acquisition and are able to offer the successful applicant and interesting and varied role in an environment that offers the opportunity to learn and grow their skillset.
