Finance Director

Robert Walters are delighted to be partnering with a fast growing, high tech organisation based in Hampshire to assist in recruiting a Finance Director to join them on a permanent basis.

Our client, who operate in the technology sector, are currently experiencing double digit growth and as a result, are now looking to put in place a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA finance professional. This role will be a key partner to the rest of the senior leadership team and take ownership of the finance function as they embark on the next stage of rapid growth.

As the Finance Director, you will not only take ownership of the finance function, putting in place robust financial controls and agile processes but also play a vital role in making long term strategic decisions as you join an superbly talented and entrepreneurial management team.

Key requirements of a successful applicant are:

• ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CA (or equivalent) Qualified with demonstrable experience of working in a commercial environment

• Experience dealing with private equity investors and ideally have worked in the technology space previously

• Ability to influence key stakeholders both internally and externally

• Have managed cash position effectively previously and used financial information to predict impact of tactical decisions

• Previous experience executing fundraises and/or sales
