- Work with the business to provide strategic insight and analysis that enables the Olympus Manufactruing Group to meet its financial and operational goals and understand risks and opportunities. - Drive improved decision making and commercial insight, working closely with all areas of the manufacturing business to identify opportunities for improvement and actively drive outcomes.

Partner with senior leaders across the organisation to improve results and partner with the operations team to deliver new solutions - Improve short, medium and long-term planning, continually evolving the process to deliver greater insight on underlying trends and risks & opportunities; and deliver practical solutions to improve results. - Build value by monitoring, analysing and understanding operational performance, as well as challenging the business to stretch itself strategically and operationally. A high profile position, working closely with the senior management team, an opportunity to be a true finance business partner and drive a successful FP&A function to ensure the organisation achieves its current and future goals.

Ihre Qualifikationen

- Professionally qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with appropriate level of PQE. - Ability to demonstrate substantial experience in a senior finance role - Previous experience of change and improvement in commercial outcomes as a result of previous partnering and challenge - Evidence of creating and driving whole business initiatives, working with challenging stakeholders to gain buy in and delivering positive outcomes- Involvement with operational teams in evaluating and assessing cost containment projects - Previous experience within an Engineering or Manufactruing environment preferred
