Our client is on a quest to find their new Full Charge Bookkeeper. In this role, the Full Charge Bookkeeper will direct journal entries, month-end close, cash flow, financial statement preparation, audit, full cycle A/P, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Your responsibilities
- Prepare cash flow projections, as needed
- Organize cash account journal entries including loans, taxes, bank fees, 401(k) deductions, etc.
- Conduct monthly accounting close
- Regulate Accounts Receivable
- Ready subcontractor 1099's, and any other IRS year-end requirement
- Sort sales tax records and create and file quarterly payments
- Capable in credit card management and reconciliation
- List budget transfers
- Prepare monthly reconciliations, financial statements and all supporting documents
- Secondary assignment when necessary
- Business license and gross receipts coverage
- Keep Accounts Payable up to date
Requirements
- Ability to work well in matrix organization and dealing with ambiguity
- Top notch analytical, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- 3+ years of related experience- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
- Full charge bookkeeping experience
- Deep understanding of ADP Online
- Expertise in Quickbooks Online
- Notable accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred
- Vow to meet business deadlines
- Self-starter and strong ethical standards
- Detailed and have the ability work independently
- BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other business-related field preferred
