Description

The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for:

• Ownership of both the purchase and sales ledger; alongside corresponding processing
• Supporting the Financial Controller with the month end processes and reporting
• Timely processing of the companies bank reconciliations
• Reporting on the business cash flow
• Assisting with the forecasting processes for the business
• Consistently helping to improve and develop the business systems and processes

Profile

The successful candidate for the Accounts Assistant position will be:

• Ideally actively pursuing their AAT qualification
• Confident user of Excel capable of handling large amounts of data with V look-ups and Pivot Tables
• An ambitious individual who will embody the company values
• Confident in working closely with the senior team members
• Confident in working in a sole capacity when needed
