THE ROLE
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be required to integrate payroll knowledge with SAP technical knowledge to support the on-going processing responsibilities of the Payroll department. You will also be required to provide support to ensure smooth data flow integration between HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems. This is a Part-time position working from Monday - Wednesday!

- Provide efficient and effective support to all Payroll & Time Target users
- Writing and running test scripts for amendments and upgrades to test environments prior to implementation in live systems
- Continual system and process enhancement opportunities
- Report writing and running to validate data and identify issues
- Document management - updating relevant process
- Deliver Time Target training to all user levels
- Identify and engage with relevant stakeholders for various projects and upgrades
- Liaise with SAP & Time Target vendors to ensure effective & efficient support
