Your new company
One of the largest employers on the Gold Coast, The City of Gold Coast is currently implementing a large ICT Service Transformation Program that will deliver ICT and digital services to the business with more agility and scalability. A part of that POW is a Mobility as a Platform Project which will see the city move to a more flexible and adaptable workforce. Due to the high impact on the business, they are now seeking a Business Analyst with strong mobility experience to become a key member in the team.
Your new role
Working with key stakeholders you will be responsible for developing the requirements and specifications for a number of key digital projects and will be accountable for detailed analysis and process mapping across all aspects of organisational capability and policy delivery
What you'll need to succeed
To ensure your success you will have a thorough understanding of business analytics with extensive experience in taking high level business requirements and developing detailed requirements documents across multiple small to medium sized projects and have experience in the below areas;

What you'll need to succeed

- A Large Mobility Platform Implementation (Essential)
- BYOD or Enterprise Mobility Platform experience (Desirable)
- Provision of business analysis services
- Plan, scope and estimate required business analysis activities
- Co-ordinating and facilitating structured focus groups and interviews as an input to business analysis activities
- Consulting and liaising with stakeholders and organisational areas with a stake in the activity
- Quality assurance of business analysis activities
- Produce high quality documentation and ensure alignment and compliance with the defined Corporate Activity and Business Analysis Framework, processes, tools, reporting regimes and approaches.
- Examples of BA documentation to be prepared (with team expertise) include:
- Process Diagrams; Detailed Requirements; Work Instructions; Scope of Works; Test Plan; Test cases; Requirements coverage; Training requirements
