Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

Ensure financial statements are prepared in conformity with the Malaysian and International Accounting Standards as well as other statutory bodies;
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of financial reporting for both internal & external purposes;
Preparation of statutory financial statement and timely submission of monthly & yearly management report;
Preparation of budget and cash flow forecast;
Assist Finance Manager to manage day-to-day operation of accounting and admin functions;
Review and implement accounting and financial procedures and policies to ensure compliance with financial policies and accounting standards;
Undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required;
Maintain a professional relationship with Bankers, Auditors, Tax Agents and Company Secretary.

Requirements:

Possess professional qualification: ACCA/ CPA/ CIMA; qualified or part qualified and /or possess recognised Degree in Accounting.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Strong working knowledge of accounting standards and group consolidated
Resourceful, self-motivated & team player.
Possess strong leadership, analytical & problem solving skills
Independent and able to work under minimum supervision.
