- 12+ years ofexperience in digital technologies specifically in the front end developmentfocusing on Angular 7+, Node.js and RESTful API services and API integrations
- Shouldpossess good knowledge / experience on evangelizing coding and design bestpractices and continuously leverage during the system implementation lifecycle
- Should drivediscussions with customer stakeholders proactively new ideas and improvingcustomer experience in an optimal manner; should have an appetite for latesttrends that drive the customer experience
- Should haveexcellent communication skills and worked directly with customers in similarengagements
- Should bewell-versed in end to end architecture, design and roll out across multiplegeographies; should have knowledge and experience on seamless deployment andDevOps implementation for such systems
- Should haveexperience working with offshore teams across multiple geographies includingcustomer stakeholders and ensured quality code delivery
- Shouldpossess good knowledge of tools and automation frameworks(code coverage, unittesting etc) that help in enhancing productivity and ensure better code quality
- Should behands on and have the ability to design and develop critical modules on thesystem implementation apart from being responsible for overall team cod quality
- Sound Knowledgeof Insurance Claims processes and domain is an added advantage
