Finance Manager - Full time - 36 hours a week - Permanent - Ware Campus

Over view of the Job
You will be required to effectively lead and manage the Finance Transactional Team to support the vision and mission of the College and its subsidiary companies. You will also provide timely and accurate financial information as appropriate and lead on value for money, capital projects and insurance.
The Person
A Full or Part qualified Finance Professional or with equivalent experience, you will have relevant and proven experience in effective management of a finance function, Budget Management including capital projects, Cash Management including cashflow forecasting as well as experience of using integrated finance systems
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with vision and influencing skills and have attributes that are aligned to our TEAMHRC Values and Behaviours to become our next Finance Manager.
