Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring customer payments and credit control duties
- P&L statements and balance sheets
- Payroll and calculation/paying of monthly commission
- Reporting to the board of directors om financial performance
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Invoices
- Recording cash receipts
- Preparation for auditors
- End of year reconciliation
Skills required:
- Personable and able to communicate confidently with clients/colleagues at all levels
- Experience with Xero or Quickbooks
- Organised and articulate with strong attention to detail
- AAT Level 3 qualified
