Group Financial Controller

A not for profit company who have seen substantial growth in the last few months are looking for a Group Financial Controller to join their Accountancy team.

Reporting directly into the FD you will be responsible for delivering month end management accounts, year-end financial accounts, reconciliations of the group accounts and forecasting budgets.

The successful candidate will have a background managing a large finance team and be experienced consolidating group accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and submit year end statutory accounts.
Consolidate group accounts
Liaise with external auditors and provide the support
Ensure timely, accurate and reconciled accounting information for the group.
Support the production of management accounts, financial statements.
Prepare and deliver budgets to the FD.
Reconcile of all balance sheets accounts on a monthly basis.
Prepare and deliver financial presentations to the board
Manage and develop a team within your group.Person Specification:

ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
Experience working within a not For Profit organisation.
SORP Accounts experience (desirable)
Group consolidation experience
Strong Excel skills
Minimum of two years working as a Group FC
Experience using specific Accountancy software packages.Further information:
