Search Consultancy are working with a growing East Sussex based business. As Financial Controller you will report into the Finance Director, have oversight of finance team and be responsible for systems and process improvement.
Typical duties will include
Monthly and annual reporting including the consolidation of financial statements
Designing, implementing and continuously improving internal controls and systems
Management, development and recruitment of team
Successful applicants will need hold either an ACCA or ACA qualification, have excellent management skills and be able to deliver insightful financial analysis
