Key Responsibilities:
- Liaising with our umbrella partners and consultants to pay 150 temps on a weekly basis
- Internal payroll
- All invoicing across the business
- Timesheets management - overseeing queries
- Management of the finance mailbox
- VAT
- Drawing funds from our factoring company and overseeing the management of the debt recovery
- Bank reconciliations - Xero (essential) - Fathom (non-essential)
- Management accounts
Skills Required
- Previous experience in working within the Recruitment industry
- A strong understanding in using the system Xero
- At least 1 year managing a finance department
- A go-get attitude and a person who is willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent communicational skills
