They are well established, progressive and have created an excellent working environment for their staff.The RoleThis role will be a hands-on Head of Finance position where you will report directly to the Board of Directors. You will manage a small team and have a proven track record of improving processes in growing SME's. You will need to be strong technically, as well as being confident business partnering theinvestor finance leads and other international stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging cashflow, including preparation of external or intercompany loan drawdown requests where required.Continuously developing and improving financial controlsAnalysis and reporting of jurisdiction and group-level budgets and cashflow forecasts to the Directors.Ownership of the year-end audit process, and liaison with the auditorsPartnering with tax advisors in relation to matters of tax accounting, group relief, transfer pricing and tax optimisationEnsuring strict adherence to compliance and relevant legislation, especially in relation to intercompany loans, payments, etcIdeal CandidateCIMA, ACCA, ACA QualifiedA proven background in improving processes in an SME environmentExperience working in group accountingInternational exposureAdvanced ExcelAbility to communicate effectively at all levels including non-finance colleagues, and the ability to present to senior individuals
