Accounts Payable Officer

Mid and South Essex University Hospital Group is looking to welcome a new Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic and professional team at Southend.

This role is part of the Accounts Payable team and involves carrying out various tasks relating to the maintenance of the Accounts Payable ledger.

This role involves processing invoices, matching order to invoices and resolving queries relating to invoices.

This role will involve dealing with suppliers and service line managers including other internal members of staff therefore a well-developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

This role requires an approachable personality, good attention to detail, good computer skills and must be able to work without the need for direct supervision.
