Cost controller - 1 year temp contract

A great opportunity for a graduate that demonstrates experience working within a logistics business to work as a cost controller. This role would suit someone with key stakeholder experience and advanced Excel skills.

My client is a well established logistics solutions business based in Chertsey.This role would suit someone that has worked within transport/ logistics and has an economic background.

Description

The role will include, but not be limited to:

• Build and provide reports on logistics planning
• Support stakeholders with planning and reporting tool
• Identify opportunities and assist with providing solutions
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships
• Provide support to local customers
• Be familiar with the logistics solution the client is offering

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Have strong analyical skills
• Be an advanced user of Excel and ideally VBA
• Be a strong communicator and have dealt with key stakeholders previously
• Be able to start towards the end of the Nov/start of Dec
