FP&A Manager

FP&A Manager role within the services industry. 4-5 years working experience required.

Description

• Provide detailed analysis of current and past trends in financial and operational key performance indicators

• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance

• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan

• Manage the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting process coordinating inputs from all relevant stakeholders and budget owners

• Build the budget and forecast models to project long term growth and determine the impacting business factors

• Prepare adhoc analysis of complex financial and non financial information to provide accurate financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes

• Data analysis to drive efficiency and ROI in various work streams (pricing, operation, marketing)

• Work with a BI tool and build dashboard reports to provide meaningful insight on the business

Profile

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent and Professional Qualification of any. (ACCA/CPA/ICAEW/MICPA)
• Minimum 4-5 years working experience needed in the related field for this position. Big 4 auditors are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to work independently and deliver within tight deadlines
• Excellent communication in English. Other languages are a bonus
• Excellent computer literacy using MS Office Applications. Excel and PPT
• Committed, team player, hardworking, self-motivated and keen to learn
