Job Description:
Bachelor s Degree with 5-8 years of prior accounting and/or financial analysis experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage and track IT investments as part of publically disclosed restructuring program in Medical Devices
Partner with regional IT and Finance leaders to align on IT portion of these investments within each of the businesses
Review benefits/value cases and appropriate documentation of IT financials on each of the related restructuring investments taken forward for approval
Manage consolidated view of restructuring investments and future IT run cost impacts of these investments as well as other restructuring implications such as asset write-offs, system decommissions, etc.
Serve as key liaison with IT Finance, Regional Finance, and IT Leadership throughout the span of the program
Key Financial contact from an IT perspective as it relates to procedures, timelines and deliverables in collaboration with central restructuring team.
Interact with senior leadership and prepare financial packages/analyses for review of IT portion of investments and related financial implications
Position will report to Sr. Manager Medical Devices IT.
Requirements:
5-8 years related experience.
Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Customer Oriented.
Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently.
Excellent organization skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to generate bold, creative ideas to shape processes.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with 5-8 yrs of related experience in Pharma, Medical or Bio industry
