Finance Manager

We are seeking a motivated finance professional to be the liaison between Finance and Client Account teams. The individual will be responsible for providing financial oversight and management of accounts receivable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adhere to agency timelines and client scopes to ensure all billing, forecasting, and reporting is accurate
• Manage full cycle of Accounts Receivable; from client set up, invoicing, statements to collections
• Maintain client billing and information related to client contractual obligations including supporting documentation
• Review and manage work in progress, job reconciliations, client/vendor reporting and approval of estimates to scopes.
• Lead billing meetings with applicable teams monthly to review estimate to actual reports, billing, job status, noting comments; addressing any concerns and ensuring follow up
• Explain and translate financial reports to client teams
• Report weekly on forecast income budget to actuals, missing time, and utilization
• Prepare client profitability reports
• Monitor New Business and Internal Jobs
• Partner with media and production teams to ensure they comply with all clients and internal compliance and deadlines
• Assist in audits and month-end reporting
• Ad hoc projects as needed

These Are The Qualifications We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree (Finance or Accounting preferred).
• 5+ years of Finance or Accounting experience in the advertising industry
• Proficient with excel, & financial reporting systems. Financial Force, Nexelus, Oracle a plus
• Strong Interpersonal skills, attention to detail with the ability to prioritize
• Process Improvement & efficiencies focused
• Financial Integrity
