Amazon is seeking a Finance Manager in the WW Logistics Launch & Expansion Team to support the network design and strategy of future last mile delivery stations across the globe.

This FM will be primarily responsible for managing a team of 3-4 analysts that support building expansion financials, benchmarking and reporting. This person will be the finance partner for the Launch Director and drive structure in decision making for a fast-paced and growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage a growing team of finance analysts
• Identify key partners, customers and stakeholders and establish effective team structure in a highly matrixed organization
• Create and implement standards, metrics and frameworks to highlight financial impacts and drive decision making with senior leadership
• Partner across Operations, Real Estate, Engineering, Transportation and Program Management teams, both US and worldwide, to identify and develop key business opportunities and drive strategic discussions while balancing cost and customer promise
• Collaborate with worldwide finance and business partners to drive alignment in process, controls and reporting

• Utilize internal and external data for benchmarking purposes to drive continuous improvement targets, both financially and operationally

Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in business, finance or a related field and a minimum 7 years of finance experience, OR master's degree and 3+ years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Relevant management experience
• Relevant experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial metrics and data interpretation of business impact and results

• Ability to collaborate across business units to align metrics, goals and output at the broader operational org. level

• MBA Preferred

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Comfortability and sound judgement with escalations when necessary
• Ability to manage expectations and deliverables effectively
