The challenge

Our Financial and Accounting teams are looking to hire undergraduate students who are passionate about working with numbers and thrive in a fast-paced environment. By applying to this role, you will be considered for the Financial Analyst Rotation Program, the FARP will compile of 1 week of onboarding and following 2 one-year rotations on a project basis for the first 2 years.

Run the Business
  • The Financial Planning & Analysis organization provides Adobe management with the timely insights necessary to make sound strategic and financial decisions. The team partners closely with its internal business partners to forecast where the business is going, track progress, mitigate risks and uncover opportunities. FP&A's mission is to optimize Adobe's financial performance by: Generating timely, actionable insights from Adobe's business data to expand value, ensuring financial performance predictability for internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining an efficient cost structure and resource investment process.
  • The Business Model Strategy & Pricing Operations team centralizes responsibility for establishing business models, configurations, pricing, buying programs and SKUs in partnership with BU, Enterprise Sales, Marketing, Education, Government, Supply Chain Operations, and M&A teams to maximize Adobe's long-term profitability.


Financial Specialties
  • The Treasury group functions as Adobe's in-house bank, ensuring safety of the company's financial assets and providing liquidity for the daily operations of the business. The team is also responsible for accounts receivable, customer credit and collections, disbursements, financial risk management including interest rate and foreign exchange risk and insurance risk transfer.
  • The Global Tax team is responsible for Adobe's Tax Strategy and structure. Other responsibilities include compliance, accounting, jurisdictional filings and requirements.


Accounting, Reporting & Control
  • Risk Assurance & Advisory Services ("RAAS") organization is responsible for providing Adobe's Internal Audit & Assurance Services on a global basis. Its' mission is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and improve the operations of Adobe. It helps the Company accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of enterprise wide risk management, internal controls, and corporate governance processes.
  • Global Controllership is a multi-disciplinary organizationresponsible for innovating processes across Adobe to execute transactional activities seamlessly, whileensuring an effective internal controls structure isin placeto enable the accurate recording and reporting of Adobe's financial results. Operating through theRevenue Assurance and Accounting & Operations,Global Accounting, Procurement, Payroll & Equity,Technical AccountingandFinancial Reporting teams,the Global Controllership organization produces and publishes all financial reports and filings required to operate as a publicly held company.
  • The Adobe Global Deal Desk organization provides best-in-class deal structuring services to the Adobe Sales Teams. The Deal Desk is committed to ensuring business is conducted within the highest ideals of Adobe's values and policies. The Deal Desk will work with Sales to structure transactions that foster long term value to Adobe and strengthen strategic relationships with our customers.
  • The Adobe Revenue Ops supports Worldwide Sales and Adobe customers by the following teams: Contract Operations, Order Management, Provisioning and Revenue Operations. The above business partners work to continually improve/implement new processes and systems to scale to the business needs and reduce risk.


What you need to succeed
  • Prefer Business, Finance, Accounting or Economics majors
  • Past internship accounting and/or finance experience is a plus
  • Highly motivated and proactive
  • Detail oriented, analytical and able to effectively problem solve
  • Must be a team-player and able to interact well with peers and business partners
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel with an affinity for learning new systems
  • Good judgment and confidence in determining matters requiring management attention
  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and actively pursuing a bachelor's degree.
